We all like to do a little trolling, this guide will show you how to make an ios device redirect you to a website when you open a specific app. The website could be anything, it could go to a rickroll, it could go to a tiktok video, it could even go to that one song little kids sing all the bloody time and it drives you insane hearing “BABY SHARK DO DO DO DO” all freaking day
Uh anyway…
For this guide we will be using a built in ios app called shortcuts, if your victims device doesn’t have it, try downloading it from the app store, enjoy this guide made on a school iPad because I don’t own apple devices anymore
(Have a wallpaper I stole from Windows 10, your welcome :P)

Step 1:
Go to the shortcuts app and go to the “automation” or “automated shortcuts” menu and tap “create personal automation”

Step 2: On the popup menu, select “when app is opened” as a trigger for this shortcut

Step 3:
Tap on the “choose” button and select the apps you want this shortcut to redirect from
Tip: don’t be an idiot and have your browser selected as an app and have “is closed” checked, made this mistake and let’s just say my caregiver wasn’t too happy that his iPhone constantly redirected him to a rickroll

Step 4:
Hit next and you should see this screen, tap on “add action” and search up “url”

Step 5:
In the search results scroll until you find “open url” and select it

Step 6:
Copy and paste your chosen url in the box then hit next

Step 7:
At this screen make sure to disable “ask before running” or else your prank wont work!
After clicking done ensure the shortcut is enabled and exit the shortcuts app, now whenever your victim opens the app(s) you selected earlier, it will redirect them to the url instead
